Industrial Engineer
Tasks:
- Responsible for manpower plan at the factory for the budget
- Report manpower absence and illness
- Assembly process chart,PPCS,MRPS maintaining
- Measure costs by standard time,performance and productivity management
- Make operation process chart and work instructions
- Set operation standard time and work station balance
- Design working station,by AutoCAD, Ergonomics, Material Flow,
- Make individual proposals by TPS concept, Suggestions, Small group Activity
- Line stop cost down compare
- Participate in investment and risk anlyses
Expectation:
- Engineer college or university degree
- Specialization or other kind of education in connection with the position
- Minimum 1 – 3 year experience in relevant position
- Communication in English, both verbal and written
- Skilled in Microsoft office tools
Plus:
- Knowledge of bike parts compatibility is a plus
- Manufacturing backgroung is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP system, AutoCad and SolidEdge
